| Bio: | The wild s1ncer1ty is a New Jersey expatriate now living and working in the heart of Washington, DC. She is gainfully employed as a writer for a Major Publishing Company (tm), knows more about natural gas pipeline infrastructure in the U.S. than anyone deserves to know, has a special place in her heart for her fatfuzzy meatloaf of a cat, and is often found curled around a certain s1ncer1ty can be a little kooky and a bit flighty, and she tends to be easily spooked by crowds. She's usually pretty cheerful but can on occasion fall prey to whiny funks and acute insomnia. She's nice if you get to know her, though. ...are we there yet? I'm always intrigued by that 'Weird things' meme that passes over my friends list every so often. I always end up thinking of things I'd add to it, however, whenever the meme isn't cycling around. So instead, I've decided I'll just put my weird habits and odd, random things one should know about me in my userinfo and just link to that whenever said meme pops up again. ~ I eat salad with my fingers if I'm not paying attention or if I'm just hanging out at home alone. ~ I had five wisdom teeth. ~ Whenever I'm writing or editing something at work, I always take out any extra spaces left over at the end of a line... one of my few OCD-esque tendencies. ~ I need to sleep with at least a sheet overtop me, although a full blanket is usually preferred, even in the summertime. ~ My clothing always has to be right-side-out. This includes underwear. If I find I've put my undies on inside-out, I stop what I'm doing and turn 'em around the proper way. ~ I am not allergic to cats or dogs, but I'm horribly allergic to rabbits and guinea pigs. ~ Noise overwhelms me, and I have trouble discerning what I'm doing or where I should be in crowds and other noisy situations. ~ I have two 'tattoos,' one real (a dragon in the shape of a Celtic knot on my back) and one I got from accidentally jabbing myself in the finger with a calligraphy pen. The little dot of black ink is still embedded under the skin. ~ I went through my wild and crazy college days after I graduated college. I experimented with ... stuff ... and got a few wacky piercings. They disappeared when I got my corporate job. Alas. ~ I have my own language: Jesspanese.
